KARAOKE GAME SHOW RAFFLE RULES:

 

1. At the Beginning of each raffle, the following items will always be made public and redily available to any and all contestants.

            1A. An appraised value  or face value of item or items being raffled.

            1B. Length of time when raffle will begin and end.

            1C. Price of one or multiple entry tickets.

2E. All raffled items "WILL HAVE A RESERVE THAT HAS TO BE ATTAINED" before the item or items can be awarded to the winning ticket holder.

            2F. If the length of the raffle "EXCEEDS"   the number of days allowed, then rule #4 will determine the closing action of the raffle.

3.  KARAOKE GAME SHOW: 

Reserves the right to cancel a raffle at any time. If A Problem should occur and a need to cancel is warranted,

 K. G. S. management would immediately place into operation "RULE  FOUR  (#4)". 

 

    4. The RAFFLE CANCELATION RULES:

               1. THIRTY PERCENT (30%) To Be Deducted From The Prize Fund for K.G.S. operating expenses.

               2. One entry coupon will be drawn from all of the other entry coupons and the remaining

SEVENTY PERCENT (70%) of the prize fund will be awarded to that raffle ticket holder.

 

            5.  KARAOKE  GAME SHOW:

Will purchase (Buy Back) any prize that is awarded by our raffle contest.

K.G.S.'s offering price will "ALWAYS" be TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) "Of the Face Value".
