Kustom backing tracks start at $50.00 and kustom karaoke tracks with on-screen lyrics start at $75.00. Add-ons like key/pitch changes ($15 each) and kustom graphics/lyrics ($35 each) are available. Our All Inclusive Package bundles both add-ons for $40.00.
We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and Cash. Note: there is a 3–5 business day hold on all Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.
We do not offer refunds on any music in any format for any reason whatsoever. All custom tracks are built specifically for you, so please confirm your order details before submitting.
We deliver in HD Video and MP3+G format. We no longer produce CD+G format. Digital files can be emailed directly to you, or we can deliver on a physical Flash Drive.
Yes. We can recreate virtually any song in the original style with genuine instrumentation. If it's not in our existing catalog, we will build it from scratch for you.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for kustom (made from scratch) orders. We build each track on a first come, first serve basis. Once your order is complete, we will deliver it by email as soon as possible.
Yes. We offer Spanish, Filipino, and other foreign language karaoke tracks. Bigdog is particularly known for his extensive Latino karaoke library in Las Vegas.
Never. Using YouTube for public karaoke is 100% illegal and violates YouTube's Terms of Service. We only use licensed, legal karaoke tracks in our shows and productions.

We regularly serve Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona. For events outside these areas, travel fees may apply. Contact us to discuss your location.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for karaoke nights and events. For home karaoke system installations, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. Studio session bookings depend on our production queue.
A standard karaoke night includes professional KJ hosting, our full legal song library, club-quality sound system, nightclub-grade lighting rig, and complete setup and teardown.

Absolutely. We can integrate with your current speakers, TV, projector, or sound system and only add what is needed to complete the karaoke experience.

KGS combines live karaoke with interactive games, raffles, and prize giveaways. While waiting to sing, guests can play silent games, purchase raffle tickets, and win ca$h and prizes ranging from gift cards to automobiles and houses.
